By installing or using any Virtual Projections application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all Virtual Projections applications, including:

• GrowthPilot AI - AI-powered store monitoring
• PriorityBox AI - AI-powered email triage
• StoreSafe - Backup and data protection

2. Description of Service

Virtual Projections provides software applications for Shopify merchants. Our services include store monitoring, email management, data backup, and related features as described in each application's documentation.

3. Account and Access

3.1 Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store to use our applications. You represent that you have the authority to bind yourself and your organization to these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method according to the pricing plan you select.

4.2 Free Trials

Some applications offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's policies. For specific refund requests, contact our support team.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Virtual Projections. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

Your store data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide or store through our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 StoreSafe Specific Terms

When using StoreSafe, your backup data is stored in your Google Drive account. You are responsible for maintaining your Google account and adequate storage space. We are not responsible for data loss due to Google account issues or insufficient storage.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUAL PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Issues arising from third-party services or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Virtual Projections harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Shopify's app management interface or by contacting us.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice where practical.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• StoreSafe: Your Google Drive backups remain in your control

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Virtual Projections is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtual Projections.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
